You can speak to a health service navigator 24/7, who can help you find health information and services; or connect you directly with a registered nurse, a registered dietitian, a qualified exercise professional, or a pharmacist. Any one of these healthcare professionals will help you get the information you need to manage your health concerns, or those of your family. Translation services are available on request in more than 130 languages.

Pain BC's Pain Support Line   1-844-880-7246

The Pain Support Line offers free information, emotional support and resource assistance to empower people living with pain and their loved ones to improve well-being and advocate for themselves. Connect one-on-one with a trained staff member by email or phone.

Pain Support Line staff return calls Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-4:00PM, excluding statutory holidays. Leave a voicemail and they will return your call within three business days.

Health Links is a free bilingual phone-based program within the Provincial Health Contact Centre. Registered nurses provide assessment, triage and health-care advice to individuals of all ages calling from within Manitoba. Interpreter services are available in more than 200 languages. The Klinic Crisis Program provides free and confidential counselling, support and referrals for people who are suicidal, in crisis or struggling to cope. Our lines are available 24/7 and open to people of all ages, genders and backgrounds. You do not have to be in crisis or suicidal to call. Chimo is a provincial crisis phone line which provides confidential, bilingual crisis intervention services that are accessible 24 hours of the day, 365 days a year to all residents of New Brunswick. They can help you by providing a listening ear, helpful information, crisis intervention and referrals to resources in the province of N.B. Call anytime or use their live CHAT option from 5pm to Midnight daily.

Tele-Care is a free bilingual and confidential provincial health line available to all New Brunswickers. Get 24-hour support from a nurse, determine if you need to seek care or if you can manage at home, and/or get referred for an in-person or virtual appointment. By dialing 8-1-1 at any time of the day or night, you can access staff who will help you assess your situation and access services in your community.

For any health concerns, you can call 811 and speak to a Registered Nurse at any time, day or night. 811 is a confidential and free telephone line available to all residents of Newfoundland and Labrador. You can also call 811 to speak to a Registered Dietitian for trusted nutrition advice.

If you are experiencing addiction or mental health concerns, you can call the mental health and addictions patient navigator Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The navigator has knowledge of all mental health and addictions services provided by the health authorities and the community. They will help you to consider options and find the right mental health and addictions service for you you, and your family. They will also connect you to necessary services or programs during your mental health journey.

811 Helpline responders are registered nurses available 24/7 to provide you with confidential advice and support. They can provide guidance related to your current health situation, mental wellness and addiction recovery, or for help to quit smoking or vaping. If you have concerns related to mental wellness and addictions recovery, the nurses are trained in a variety of areas, including stress management, suicidal thoughts, abuse, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and substance use.

Info-Santé 811 (option 1) is a free and confidential telephone consultation service avaiable 24/7. Dialling 811 (option 1) promptly puts you in contact with a nurse in case of a non-urgent health issue. The nurse will evaluate your health situation and give advice based on your condition. They can answer your questions about your health and direct you to the most appropriate resource in your region. Anyone living in Québec can call Info-Santé 811 for themselves or a family member.
